We recently completed a full exterior upgrade in Bellingham, WA, featuring James Hardie® Plank siding with a five-inch reveal, finished in a clean, professionally painted white for a crisp and timeless look. The five-inch reveal was intentionally selected to maintain the original character and proportions of this older home, while still delivering the durability and low-maintenance benefits Hardie® products are known for.

To create visual contrast and highlight the home’s architectural features, we installed primed, straight-edge Hardie® Shingle siding on the dormers, also painted to match. This combination of horizontal plank and shingle accents adds depth and character while keeping the overall design cohesive.

As part of the project, we also completed a full gutter replacement, improving drainage and helping protect the home’s exterior for years to come.

The result is a bright, refreshed exterior that honors the home’s original style while providing long-lasting performance and enhanced curb appeal.
